In order to assess whether you have sufficient aptitude and development potential for the profession, there is a mandatory selection course. This takes place each year before the start of the respective academic year.
The selection course consists of four parts. If you are placed, you will receive full details about each part by email.
In our selection course, your talent for creativity, (self)reflection and collaboration will be stimulated as much as possible. The pivotal question is: Can your theatrical talents truly blossom at Toneelacademie Maastricht?
The course offers space to show yourself as an actor, performer, director or designer (specifically in part 2). You will also work intensively together in multiple groups on various assignments. Teams of inspiring professional teachers will meaningfully assist and guide you throughout the course.
