Arjen was previously head of the Artisteducator in Theater and Media program at ArtEZ University of the Arts. There he also founded the Future Storytelling Lab Technology and, as a member of the lectorate Art Education as Critical Tactics, co-initiated No University. He also introduced the platform Leerpodium. He himself studied at the Amsterdam University of the Arts, the New York Film Academy and Nijenrode Business University.

Anne de Loos (Beesd, 1988) has been affiliated with the Toneelacademie Maastricht since 2017 as a lecturer and coordinator of the Master in Theatre programme, and was appointed programme manager in January 2024, together with Rob Ligthert.
Anne de Loos has a background in art history and experience as a business manager. She specialises in artistic research, artistic entrepreneurship, social safety, and democratic dialogue.
