We set out an individual programme sequence for each student, taking into consideration your ambitions, specialties, and needs.

A small team of Academy instructors coach you and supervise your studies. Each student has a mentor. The mentors form core teams whose task it is to design, monitor, and evaluate the content of the curriculum. They consult with the many guest instructors, follow your development, and act as your bridge to the guest instructors, projects, and work placements.
