Last week, Laura the Geest passed the René Lobo stick to performer Benjamin Abel Meirhaeghe and teacher and director Yentle Gijbels.
This prize is awarded to a graduating student who best represents the values of René Lobo, passion, engagement, being a teamplayer, having the ability to shake up and being able and willing to share inspiration. Every year the stick is passed on. Former winners are: Eva-Line de Boer, Hanna Demeyer, Anneliese Billen and Tim de Paepe. The winner gets a small broach in the same form to keep. So this year there are even 2 prize winners!!
