On 15th of September, during the Gala of the Dutch Theater in the Theater of Amsterdam, many awards were given to alumni of the Toneelacedemie Maastricht:
The Arlecchino to Mark Kraan, The Directing-award to Naomi Velissariou, the Mime-award to Davy Pieters and the 'Gouden Krekel' to Jibbe Willems. Florian Myers guided everyone through the program of the festivities with a voice-over. Laura van Dolron opened the Dutch Theaterfestival on the of 5 september with the State of the Theater in wich she calls for more vulnerability and compassion.
