When the heart stops beating and the independent nurse or physician pronounces legal death, the patient is ready to be packed in ice.

Over a period of a week the patient temperature will gradually be lowered till -78,5 oC.

Ultimately all his blood will be washed out and is replaces by a combination of medically treated cooling liquids and ice. His temperature is -196 °C.

Finally the patient can be incased in a tube full of nitrogen. He will be lowered in his permanent resting place till the day he will return to life.
